Private Support

Get personalized, hands-on support with grey-area drinking recovery + mother wound healing mentorship.

You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

Are you ready to:

  • break the cycle of generational patterns that have led to dysfunctional family dynamics and/or substance abuse?

  • start keeping promises you make to yourself instead of engaging in patterns of self-sabotage?

  • be done with waiting on other people to change so you can feel better? You know, the.. ‘if only they would , then I would kind-of-thoughts that deplete your personal power and leave your well-being in another person’s hands?

  • turn the volume of your inner critic down - way, way down? In coaching, we approach everything through a lens of both tender & fierce self-compassion to move forward in your life in a way that feels supportive and aligned.

  • take action toward your own dreams and break free from the limiting beliefs and narratives that hold you back?

  • prioritize your own needs, feelings and desires after a life-time of taking care of everyone else’s?

  • stop being a bystander in your own life?

…yeah? Awesome -you’re in the right place.

Hello!

I’m so glad you’re here. I know from my own experience how scary it can be to reach out and get help. For me, it was mostly scary because it made it all so…real. As long as I wasn’t getting help, I could live in a bit of ignorance and denial, and try to convince myself that everything was fine. If this sounds familiar, I want you to know that change is absolutely possible for you and is exactly what you get when we work together.

Private Support Includes:

In-depth Virtual
Sessions

Our time together is solely focused on your well-being and guiding you to step into your fullest potential. We do this by by re-writing long held (harmful) beliefs and narratives, engaging in the work you’ve been avoiding, and moving toward the version of you that hides beneath the coping mechanisms that once kept you safe but are now holding you back.

Mon-Thurs Additional Support

During our time together you can receive Voxer (voice note) support in between sessions, Mon-Thurs 9am-4pm EST. It’s the time in-between regularly scheduled calls where the true opportunity for growth lies - the time where you may find yourself in a low after a high point, the time when self doubt kicks in, the time when you could really use a soft place to land.

  • "I feel like I grew a lot throughout this process, even more so than years of therapy and other coaching."

It was such an absolute pleasure working with Kristy. She has an incredibly calming presence and so much empathy. Going through this process, it was so helpful to have that demeanor. She was so patient and responsive to all of my questions and messages on all the channels (Voxer, email, IG). I just felt like she was truly focused on me.

I feel like I grew a lot throughout this process, even more so than years of therapy and other coaching. I have changed and taken better control of my life and understood how to put myself first. I took some big and scary steps with her support. And I've undoubtedly improved my relationships and taken accountability for my role in conflicts.

  • "...she has given me incredibly practical and effective tools for self care and healing that have changed my life."

Kristy has a gentle and compassionate energy that made me feel safe and understood and supported. She has helped me release shame and guilt as a result of the mother wound, she has led me to greater self acceptance especially around being highly sensitive and introverted, and she has given me incredibly practical and effective tools for self care and healing that have changed my life!

  • "I felt like I had to be 'worse' to get help."

Alcohol was a problem for me, but I didn’t fall into the typical definition of an addict.

After I saw an addiction specialist, it felt like she didn’t know what to do with me: I didn’t have a DUI, I never put my children in harms way, it didn’t interfere with work.

I felt like I had to be “worse” to get help.

Now I know that I was just so desperate for someone to help me feel seen and now drown in my own self-hatred and shame.

I attended all the things, AA included. The only thing that has completely changed my relationship with alcohol and how I see myself has been working with Kristy. - Kristen C.

  • "Working with Kristy has been one of the best decisions I've ever made."

Kristy’s warm and compassionate nature was just what I needed as I changed my relationship with alcohol and how I related to my mother. I loved the Voxer (voice messaging) support, reinforcing the healing work in our weekly sessions. Kristy is wise, intuitive, and non-judgemental, a trusted guide on the path to wholeness, self-love, and sobriety. Working with Kristy has been one of the BEST decisions I've made. I highly recommend working with her. - Samantha P.

  • "I was able to release shame and guilt that I held onto for years…while being met with love and compassion."

I was alive in September 2022, but I was not living - I was merely existing day to day as a high functioning mother, wife and accountant. I didn’t know who I was. I was drinking daily and knew something needed to change but also knew I couldn’t do it alone.

Then the universe stepped in and my part led me to Kristy. I was able to join one of her small groups - this is when my life really started changing and I finally began living. In her group, I was witnessed, supported and guided. I was able to release shame and guilt that I held onto for years…while being met with love and compassion.

I am no longer existing - I am growing and thriving. And it all started working with Kristy. She played an instrumental role in helping me save myself. I love myself and I’m excited for what lies ahead. I never imagined that I’d be able to say that and believe it. - Amy C.
